You may return your hat within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, as long as the hat is in its original condition with tags attached. Please note that we cannot accept returns of hats that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
To initiate a return, please contact us via email or phone to obtain a return authorization. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the hat back to us, unless the hat was defective or we made an error in your order. Once we receive the hat and confirm that it is in its original condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
If you received a defective hat or if we made an error in your order, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Please note that we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or style of hat, please return your original hat for a refund and place a new order for the desired hat.
